Q: How fast can the machines be delivered?

A: New Accounts are set up within three to five working days.

 

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Ford Vending provides a service to your company by placing our machines in your business and servicing them. There is no cost to you.

 

Q: What if the machine has a malfunction?

A: We service and repair all our own machines. If there is a problem, an account will call the service number on the machine, and we will have that machine serviced within one business day.

 

Q: What if an employee loses money in the machine?

A: The route driver will refund money when the account is serviced, or Ford Vending can leave a refund bag with the person in charge of vending for your location.

 

Q: When will the machines be filled?

A: We will be at your account several times in the first couple weeks to determine how often the machines need to be serviced at your account.
